The Annual General Meeting of Initiatives of Change Australia (IofCA) members will take place on Zoom this year. If you're already a signed-up member, you will automatically receive emails in the coming weeks with the time of meeting, agenda and details of how to register for the event. 

Nominations are open now for members to serve on the Board as non-executive directors. Eligible members may nominate themselves or fellow-members as candidates for election. To submit a nomination, contact the Company Secretary or call 0438-662-445 for the nomination form and other information. 

While IofCA programs are open to all, participation at the AGM is limited to signed-up members. Members of IofCA take part in the governance of the organisation by nominating and electing Board members, reviewing the annual accounts, and helping to ensure alignment with the IofCA Constitution.
