The Red Blue Exercise: A challenging way to learn collaboration and communication. It’s easy to talk about having values like integrity and honesty, but how does that translate into reality when we often make assumptions and judgements or operate in the context of competitive environments? This workshop explores the links between our values and behaviours. 

Red Blue was designed by JCEnterprises and has been used across sectors, including NASA, government departments, construction and international development. Athalia Zwartz, an experienced IofC trainer, will deliver the workshop.
