The program includes the following elements:
- Weekly teaching & learning sessions;
- Weekly readings and journaling exercises;
- Monthly personal coaching sessions;
- Monthly leadership of Trinity College Multicultural Leadership Dinners;
- Leadership of the annual Peacebuilders’ Conference; and
- Two weekend retreats
Throughout the university year, students commit to daily, weekly, monthly and bi-annual learning processes.
Curriculum
Teaching and learning content for the Peace & Leadership Program cycles through three key foci throughout the year: peace in my inner life; peace in relationships; and global peacebuilding.
The curriculum is non-assessed, and includes case studies and learning activities designed around the following learning areas:
