PeopleCraft 2019: The Art of Global Teambuilding

PeopleCraft is IofC Australia's program for building teams across national and other kinds of borders, as we create stronger networks and promote collaboration amongst IofC's younger generation. The PeopleCraft program seeks to develop and engage the international network of IofC people between the ages of 25 – 40 who are passionate about exchanging knowledge and increasing their skills and capacity, with the aim of creating a positive impact and building relationships to foster trust, teamwork and cross-cultural understanding amongst IofC worldwide.

The program involves two months of being immersed in IofC Australia, living and volunteering on local programs and projects to develop skills, building relationships, deepening cross-cultural understanding and creating an impact, both in Australia and on return home with the participant's local IofC team.

When: Monday 22 April to Friday 21 June 2019 (nine weeks)

Where: You will be living at the Initiatives of Change Centre, ‘Armagh’, in Melbourne, Victoria.  The program also includes two weeks of interstate travel, outreach and homestays with people in the IofC Australia network.

Cost: Food and accommodation at Armagh and interstate travel costs are included in the program. Participants must cover the costs of their own return flights to Australia, travel insurance and visas. You may need to undertake your own fundraising for this purpose. We recommend a spending budget of A$1,000 for all other in-country costs.
