Discover Yourself Helping Smart Leaders Build Trust

A half day workshop led by IofCA Lead Facilitator and Trainer Mike Lowe, exploring how to relate to those who are different, in ways that deepen all of us and build trust.

You will learn to how to:

  • engage confidently and easefully with people who are different
  • move beyond blame and shame
  • deal with inner and outer complexity
  • turn anger from a toxic energy to a constructive power for positive change
  • navigate powerful emotions skilfully
  • handle disagreements without pulling apart
  • constructively handle conflict

This will help you have improved listening skills, better self awareness , relationships, teamwork and communication skills, more trust, and better discernment.

Facilitator

Mike has over 25 years of international experience with IofC, leading transformational workshops in the areas of trustbuilding and reconciliation. He has worked with politicians and young leaders in Eastern Europe after the fall of communism, and has worked on programmes of reconciliation with police and former militia leaders in the Solomon Islands. His particular gift is in creating safe spaces in which transformation can occur, and has a particular interest in earth-based spirituality, indigenous wisdom, process-oriented psychology, trauma healing, men's work and supporting the rise of healthy and authentic Masculine and Feminine energies as we transition from patriarchal and colonial ways of being.
