Conversation on Inter-Religious Dialogue

A public lecture on Interfaith Dialogue and Reconciliation is being held on the Gold Coast, Sunday 1 November 2.00pm to 4.00pm (Qld time) at Nerang Bicentennial Centre, with speaker Dr Gerard Hall, Assoc Prof of Theology ACU Brisbane.

Dr Hall is an acknowledged authority on the theology of religions and principles and practices of interfaith dialogue. He is involved with the International Spirit of Religion project with world renowned theologian, philosopher and sociologist Raimon Panikkar. Dr Hall appeared recently on the ABC program 'Compass' with indigenous elder and theologian Joan Hendriks in a segment titled 'Aunty Joan goes to Venice'.

The event is sponsored by Sea of Faith in Australia Gold Coast, a non-denominational group dedicated to the open exploration of religion, faith and meaning.

COST: Registration is $10.
